We can help with the initial app connection and show you how to use schedules, charging limits and other supported features. Your personal account remains under your control.

Do I need load balancing for smart charging?
Not always. Smart charging controls when and how charging happens, while load balancing protects the home’s available electrical capacity. They can be used separately or together depending on your installation.
What happens if the internet or app connection stops working?
Basic charging can often continue, but remote control, price optimization, schedules or cloud-based functions may be limited until the connection returns. Behaviour depends on the charger and system.
What do you need before setting up smart charging?
We normally need the charger model, car model, app or charger account information, electricity agreement, and details about any load-balancing or energy-management system already installed.
